What to Wear on Valentine’s Day

How to Decide What to Wear on Valentine’s Day
Many think of valentine’s clothes as oversized sweaters with pink & red hearts on them. Whether you’re single, or you have a hot date, Valentine’s is a day to look good. Here are a few ways to rethink your outfit.
Throw out the kitsch. You probably have a plastic heart pin in your jewelry box & a pair of pink & red flannel pajamas festooned with cupids arrows that were given to you as gifts. Instead, have fun with your wardrobe but keep it sleek with a pair of garnet earrings.
You don’t have to wear all the colors at once. The traditional colors for Valentine’s are red, pink & white. If you wear them all together you just scream Valentine’s day. You might even feel like a little kid. Match red with black or white & brown for a more modern look.
Wear what you feel good in. People will be asking about your plans all day long. You might receive roses to boost your self esteem, but you might not. Choose your best outfit that makes you feel confidant & prepared for whatever the day might hold.
Instead of covering yourself in heart jewelry & sweaters, go over the top in the elegance department. It’s one of the few days where you have an excuse to really dress up & you’ll stand out for looking good instead of being a walking advertisement for Cupid.
Be sexy, but not raunchy. If you are going to a date from work, wear a jacket so you are still work appropriate. Pair a short skirt with a pair of boots so you’ll stay warm but still look good.
Add color through accessories. Maybe you have a fantastic chocolate brown dress that doesn’t fit into with the holiday. Tailor it to the holiday with a pink belt or funky coral shell earrings.

Winter Clothes For Better Looks

Apparel, has led the evolution of materials to make clothing more comfortable and functional. No more wear on each other vests, sweaters, shirts, hoodies and so on. to protect the cold, but is more functional and comfortable clothing to choose a specific, less bulky, and certainly more effective.
The garment is more important to the runner what you put in direct contact with skin.Years ago the most popular were those shirts of cotton, the high power absorption of sweat. The downside of cotton shirts is the fact that they dry very slowly, greatly increasing the discomfort, and it seems that the cold penetrates to the bone.Recently, T-shirts to put on in direct contact with the skin are made of polyester, a product which, while absorbing the sweat, the “away” from the innermost layer to the outer. In this way, the sweat can evaporate or be absorbed by another garment on top so that the skin remains dry.

On the polyester shirt you can wear a shirt a bit ‘heavier than that leads to skin, and a third layer that protects from cold, or rain. This garment, as well as being protective and repellent to rain and humidity, must at the same time provide for the passage to the outside, the heat produced by the body. It should be avoided, however, the classic jacket nylon, in favor of Gore Texas for the legs, but also should be covered with less protection than the trunk for moving more, produce large amounts of heat. For this reason, it is enough that the legs are covered by a single layer. And ‘member should wear a leotard, and even in this case polyester fiber blended with a more elastic (spandex), to give maximum freedom to the movements of the legs. In case of rain, you can always wear trousers in Gore-Tex.
Since the middle of the heat produced by the body under stress is removed from the head, it is important that you are running with their heads covered, even if it is convenient to remove it when you feel hot, because the head is removed a large amount of heat. For those who have problems running with the cap even when it’s really cold, ears and forehead are in need of repair, and above it to prevent diseases from developing cooling. In this case there are large sections, fleece, which wrap around the face and ears.

To adequately cover the hands of gloves is advisable to keep warm because the polyester, but also make the skin to breathe. In addition, these gloves are lightweight and water repellent enough. For those who are very sensitive to cold hands, gloves should rather put the knobs that hold the heat more effectively.
Feet, to prevent the sweat is water entering the shoe when running in the rain, wet skin, I suggest you use Cool Max socks, too absorbent and repellent effect.
A rule of thumb to avoid dressing too, and then get very hot while running and sweating profusely, is to feel a bit ‘cold shortly after it started to run. After five to ten minutes from the start, the heat produced by the body spreads throughout the body disappears and the discomfort of the cold.
